On February 3, 2020, Chief 2-C, Squad 2 and Tower 2 responded to Technical Rescue Box 7-04 in the area of St. Leonard Road South and Route 4 for the report of a subject trapped under a piece of construction equipment. Units from St. Leonard arrived on location to find a subject in the dump body of a commercial dump truck pinned underneath a skid pan which was loaded with sand bags. Chief 7 arrived and assumed the command as units from St Leonard extricated the patient. Prince Frederick units arrived and were assigned with removal of the patient from the dump body of the dump truck.

Squad 2, Tower 2, and Chief 2C rigged a rope system and safely lowered the patient in a stokes basket via ground ladders.
