On March 18, 2023 around 4 p.m. Company 2 (Engine 21, Squad 2, Chief 2-A Holzberger and Chief 2-B Helms) responded to Lusby, Md. for a working garage fire.
Company 2 Responds To Working House Fire On Broomes Island Road In St. Leonard

Company 2 was dispatched to the 6300 block of Broomes Island Road in St. Leonard, Md. for a working fire. Engine 21 arrived on the scene and advanced two lines – one directly to the basement – and one to the first floor to extinguish the bulk of the fire.
Battle Creek Cypress Swamp Working Fire

On Saturday, November 5, 2022 around 7 p.m. the Prince Frederick Volunteer Fire Department and surrounding departments were called to the main building for a fire alarm. Crews from Company 2 (Engine 21 and Squad 2) located a fire in the basement area.
Company 2 Responds To Working Fire In St. Leonard, Md.

The crews from Engine 21 and Engine 72 (St. Leonard) worked together to extinguish the fire. Squad 2 arrived and handled the overhaul at the scene. One civilian was flown to a local burn center.

On April 28, 2022, at 4:20 a.m. Engine 22 and Tower 2 were dispatched to the 4600 block of Valley Court in St. Mary’s County for the working fire.

Company 2 Responds To Working House Fire In Huntingtown, Md.

Units remained on scene for an extended period of time and completed overhaul. Volunteers assisted members of the Office of the State Fire Marshal. All occupants made it out safely and no injuries were reported. The cause is under investigation.
