The Prince Frederick Volunteer Fire Department is a proud supporter of the Toys For Tots program.

In Calvert County alone, according to their Facebook page, the organization will help about 1,000 children this holiday season.

“The mission of the Calvert County, MD Toys for Tots Program is to collect new and unwrapped toys, and accept monetary donations for the purpose of purchasing toys during the months of October, November and December. These toys will be distributed as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in Calvert County, MD,” their page adds.

PFVFD will host the white box until the beginning of December. Check out their program and learn how to become a volunteer or host an event to help the children in need.
