PFVFD Teams Up With Local Shelter To Help Animals

The Prince Frederick Volunteer Fire Department is proud to team up with the Linda L. Kelley Animal Shelter to bring you pets available for adoption every month. To kick off this partnership our crews took time today touring their facility and meeting some the adorable animals.

This is Kubo and PFVFD Firefighter Will Jacobs. Kubo has been a resident way too long – nearly three months now and he’s hoping to find his “furever” home. Kubo the 2-year-old Cane Corso Mastiff knows basic commands, loves a good game of “tug of war,” is a big cuddle bug and would do excellent in a home with children above the age of 15. Stop by the shelter to meet him! If you’re interested in making Kubo apart of your family, his adoption fee is sponsored by one of our volunteers. Read more about Kubo here.
