On Saturday, March 26, 2022, the leadership of Prince Frederick Volunteer Fire Department hosted the annual Super Saturday training for the membership.

The day began with a homemade breakfast, followed by CPR, LOSAP, EEO and HIPPA training. The training concluded with lunch from Firehouse Subs, fit testing and a drill on hose lines.

The yearly training brings the membership together and helps to accomplish first responder goals in a one day setting.
