On July 10, 2019 just after 9:30 p.m., Company 2 (PFVFD), Company 4 (PFVRS) and Company 6 (HVFD) were alerted to the Heritage 485 for a car on its side in front of the resturant.

First arriving units found the vehicle with the occupant trapped on the scene. The crews from Engine 21, Engine 22, Squad 6 and Chief 2B came up with a plan to extricate the occupant.

Once the driver was removed, they were turned over to awaiting EMS unit and transported to the hospital.
