Local Citizen Organizes Daring The Blaze 5k To Benefit PFVFD
The second annual Daring The Blaze 5K run/walk was a tremendous success this year, all thanks to local citizen Noah Wood. The race organized by Wood benefits the Prince Frederick Volunteer Fire Department and all funds are donated to our station.
On June 30, 2018 the race kicked off bright and early. More than 70 participants attended and either ran or walked on the warm morning.
Noah said this prior to the launch, “Thank you all very much for your prayers, encouragement, support and helpful advice in the past year in regards to this event!”
PFVFD thanks Wood for all of his hard work and dedication to this event. We are grateful for people in the community like him and are looking forward to next year!
