On May 15, 2021, at 5:49 p.m. the Prince Frederick Volunteer Fire Department (PFVFD) was called to Huntingtown for a woking house fire. The single-family home off Sheckells Road was fulling involved when crews arrived on the scene.

Engine 22, Tower 2 Assistant Chief 2-A were all on location where crews operated for a few hours to get the fire under control and perform overhaul inside the home. The case is under investigation.
