On July 26, 2022, around 1:45 a.m., units were called to a St. Leonard home at 50 Nursery Court for heavy smoke rising from a residence.

Company 2 units (Engine 21, Tanker 2) and Chief 2-B (Helms) responded.

The crew from Engine 21 assisted with putting the fire out and Tanker 2 assisted with water supply to the scene.

There were no injuries and crews remained on the scene for two hours.

The incident is being investigated by the Office of the Maryland State Fire Marshal.
