On September 3, 2020, just before 11 a.m., Company 2 was alerted to the 9400 block of HG Trueman Road for a fire reported in a single family home. Command advised dispatch there was heavy fire in the attic area of the house.

When the crew from Engine 21 arrived, they quickly stretched a number of lines out on the scene and assisted in making a swift interior attack on the flames. The crew from Tower 2 tackled the overhaul inside the home, along with other crews at the scene.

The Prince Frederick Volunteer Fire Department units operated on the scene for two hours and there were no reported injuries. The cause is currently under investigation.
