On February 19, 2021 at 5:51 p.m. Company 2 was dispatched to the scene of a serious accident along Route 4 and Sixes Road.

Arriving units discovered one vehicle into a guardrail, on its side and the driver trapped.

Chief 2-A (Holzberger) had the command while Chief 2 (Della-Camera) led the extrication. The patient was removed from the truck and flown to an area trauma center.

Squad 6 (Huntingtown) and Engine 7 (St. Leonard) assisted on the scene.
