Several weeks ago this osprey fell and was injured in Benedict, Md. A resident of the community scooped it up and took it to a wildlife refuge center for help. On June 23, 2020, a crew from Prince Frederick Volunteer Fire Department was requested to assist with placing the osprey back into its home.

We wish him/her the best life and we thank the local citizen who took the time to help.
