On Friday, April 12, 2019, PFVFD Firefighter Devin Ardekani was presented with the top firefighter award of the year for the Calvert County Fire and Rescue Recruitment class. This is the second year in a row Ardekani has received this honor.

Ardekani says, “I am honored to be presented this award, it means so much to me that all my hard work over the past two years has finally paid off.” Ardekani adds, “I’d like to thank everyone from Prince Frederick Volunteer Fire Department for helping me along the way, I wouldn’t be anywhere without them.”

The officers and members are extremely proud of Ardekani and all of his accomplishments.
