On May 19, 2020, crews from Company 2, specifically Engine 21, Tower 2, Tanker 2 and Chief 2, responded second due to a house fire in St. Leonard, Md.

First arriving units from St Leonard Volunteer Fire Department had fire showing from the home in the 1600 block of D Avenue and several exposures. Engine 21 established a secondary supply line and advanced a line into the house. PFVFD’s crews worked simultaneously with with Company 7 to extinguish the fire.

Tower 2 operated as the first due truck while Squad 2 assisted with searches and overhaul. Chief 2 was the Division 1 supervisor while units operated for a few hours. No injuries.
