21, 2009 - At 2105 hours, Rescue Squad 2 was alerted to Box
7-03 for a personal injury accident. RS2 responded to Ball
Road and Broomes Island Road where Company 7 found a single
car accident into a tree. RS2 arrived and secured the
vehicle. The lone patient tried to refuse care but was
eventually transported to CMH for a check-up.
