3, 2009 - At 1531 hours, Safety 2 in the area, responded on
a run with A4 for an injured person in the Unit block of
South View Drive. Safety 2 arrived to find a 10 year old
male down a steep 50 foot embankment, unable to move from a
sledding accident. The run was upgraded to a technical
rescue bringing Squad 2 and 6. The stokes basket and miscellaneous
rigging equipment were deployed to extricate the victim from
the creek area. The patient was flown to a local trauma
