10, 2008 - At 1723 hours, Rescue Squad 2 was alerted to Box
2-05 for a personal injury accident. RS2 and E22 responded
to Hallowing Point Road and Sixes Road and found a two
vehicle accident with two trapped. RS2 went to work
extricating a patient from an SUV while RE83 extricated a
patient from a mini van. E22 established the LZ as
both patients were flown to local trauma centers for further
evaluation. Company 2 units cleared in a hour and a half
after assisting PD.
