5, 2008 - At 0737 hours, Rescue Squad 2 was alerted to
Rescue Box 2-08 for a personal injury accident with one
overturned. RS2(AFC D'Agostino) responded to Solomons Island
Road and Industry Lane and found the same with one
trapped. Chief 2A established command as the Squad crew
quickly deployed the Hurst Gold equipment and removed the
roof and both front doors. The patient was removed, turned
over to EMS and flown to a local trauma center for further
evaluation. RS2 cleared in 40 minutes.
