21, 2008 - At 1014 hours, Rescue Squad 2 was alerted to Box
2-12 for an ice rescue. RS2(Sharpe) responded to the 1000
block of Clay Hammond Road. RS2 found a dog trapped in the
middle of a pond. Captain Sharpe tied off and used a canoe
to rescue the dog. The dog was safely removed from the pond
and taken to safety. RS2 cleared in 30 minutes.
