16, 2008 - At 2111 hours, the Prince Frederick Volunteers
were alerted to Rescue Box 2-10 for a personal injury
accident. RS2(Scott), E22(Hassler), Command 2(Della-Camera)
and AFC D'Agostino responded to Hallowing Point Road and
Yardley Drive. Company 2 units arrived to find a single
vehicle overturned with one ejected and one trapped. RS2 and
E22 stabilized the vehicle and began extricating the patient
as the ejected patient was deemed priority 4. The patient
was quickly extricated from the vehicle and flown to Prince
George's Trauma Center. RS6 searched the surrounding area
for more patients with negative results while E83 handled
the Landing Zone.
