Fatal MVA -
Hallowing Point and Hallowing |
| 8-30-07 At 1052 hours, Rescue Company 2 was
alerted to Rescue Box 2-05 for a personal injury accident.
Squad 2(Lt Sharpe) responded to Hallowing Point Road and
Hallowing Lane and found two cars and a tractor trailer
involved and on fire. Squad 2 began to knock down the fire as
Engine 22 and Tanker 2 responded. Command(Lt Sharpe) added
another Engine and two Tankers to assist with foam operations
due to the a saddle tank rupture on the tractor trailer. One
patient was found priority 4 in the car, one patient was
transported to CMH for a check up and one patient signed a
refusal. Company 2 units remained on the scene for two and
half hours assisting the police. While units were operating on
the 2-05 Box, Engine 21 responded on the Working Fire Dispatch
to Box 3-10 for a house fire. Engine 21 assisted with
