6-24-07 At 0740 hours, the Prince Frederick
Volunteers were alerted to Box 2-12 for an investigation of an
odor. Engine 22(Lt Dalrymple) and DFC Howes responded to the
Unit Block of Central Drive. Units arrived to find an unknown
pesticide spill with four patients. Chief 2B established the
Central Village Command and requested additional units to
assist. The residence was evacuated and a Hot Zone was
established with a 300' protected area in place around the
spill. E22 flushed the unknown chemical with 1000 gallons of
water as Hazmat 16 monitored the house and the surrounding
area with negative results. The four patients were evaluated
and signed a release. Units cleared in 2 hours. Hazmat Box - E2,
